Program description

Franklin Logistics Delivery Updates is a text-message program operated by Franklin Logistics Enterprises Inc. that sends automated order-status notifications for deliveries you book through order.franklinlogistics.ca — for example: order received, driver assigned, picked up, on the way, and delivered. These are transactional messages about your orders; this program does not send marketing messages.

Opting in

You opt in by checking the “Text me delivery updates” box when creating your account, or by turning on text updates in your account settings. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service — you can use Franklin Logistics fully without text updates.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your order activity. A typical delivery generates up to five status messages.

Cost

Franklin Logistics does not charge for text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent to your number. You can also turn off text updates in your account settings. You can re-subscribe at any time from your account settings.

Supported carriers and liability

Messages are supported by major Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your carrier network and device and is not guaranteed.

Your number

If you change or give up your mobile number, please update your account settings so messages are not sent to a number that no longer belongs to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
